DE Lower 5

Warm-up:
500 m row
back squat
overhead squat
overhead lunge
shoulder press
good mornings

10x2 box squat (145)

5x5 overhead squat (65,75,85,95,100)

3 rounds of (no rest between exercises, ~3 min rest between rounds):
25 pushups
1 min front plank

OHS felt really good today, core strength seems to be improving. I think the snatch balances have been really helpful here.
