DE Lower 4

Warm-up:
overhead squat
snatch balance
front/back squat
good mornings

10x2 box squat (145)

4x6 good mornings (65,3x95, I tried them as shown at the end of this video)
3x5 overhead squats (65,2x75)

Kept it short and sweet. Saw someone doing snatches and clean & jerks for the first time today. Chatted with the guy for awhile, and it turned out he was a powerlifter doing O-lifting for "fun". Made it look effortless. Fucker.
