DE Lower 3

Warm-up:
500 m row
overhead squat
corner press
snatch balance
front squat

10x2 box squat (12"? used a DB turned on its side as a box, 135#)
2x2 front squat (135,155)
7x1 hang clean (followed by a front squat, 115)

Couldn't resist the hang cleans. I find that the hardest part is pulling fast enough and moving the feet into the right stance. Definitely does not feel good when they don't move; it's like doing a very narrow front squat, no power. I think I see the utility of the foot stomp so commonly seen in Crossfitters doing the O-lifts.

An informative read on the stance for O-lifting.

you just use the bar for the warm ups?

I still want to have a form day and go over allt hese exercises that you do. I think I get most of them, but it's be nice to really nail the form before I start lifting with them.

What Scott said... A day of concentrating on Oly lift form would be awesome, we could mix in some other technique things - pistols, handstands, rings (!)
