Baby got backpain

lateral jump (there and back = 1 rep)

Kenway DNF due to pulled back, 14:30 for rounds 10-6 +5 burpees
Scott 22:20

Full burpees with pushups, lateral jumps over rolled up chainlink fence on roof of Coles. Felt harder to me, maybe because of the layoff and maybe because the lateral jumps were much more strict this time (vs over a garbage can last time).

Think the back pain was just a spasm, happened as I landed off balance coming out of a burpee. May be enough to stretch more thoroughly before next time.

This one gets your heartrate up, fer sure.
