7x3 push press
warm up:
3x10 face pulls
3x5 dips
3x5 pullups
2x10 back extensions (ED)
workout:
7x3 push press (95#, SS failed last rep of last set)
3x20 renegade rows (SS 20#, ED 12#)
We weren't feeling too terrible after the push press so we went for the rows afterwards. Then we felt pretty terrible. ED could have done more on the push press, but thought it best not to strain his busted knee.

no,no. 10 per arm with a pushup. I like the way you think though.
