DE Upper 2

Warm-up:
face-pulls
windmills
dips
pullups
shoulder press

3-3-2-2-2-2-2 push jerk (45,55,65,75,85,95,95)

Hang snatch sequence (7 sets 45# bar):
pull / muscle snatch / power snatch / snatch

Worked on clean technique (hang clean, power clean and squat clean). Took a little time to figure out the movements, but I worked up to singles of 95#; failed first attempt at 115# (caught off balance at bottom of squat), and decided it was time to go home. Cleans are great, very natural movement, much moreso than snatches.

Felt a bit light on the push jerks, but the speed was good once I worked off the soreness from Friday. Should work with 115# next time. I find the racked position painful however (shoulder seems too externally rotated), maybe need some flexibility work?

nice work. I was still sore yesterday, but I probably could've worked out. I'll have to go try snatches and cleans at some point.
