Warm-up:
0.5 mile run
Tabata sprints (8 rounds completed, but several had lengthened rest intervals, 15-25 seconds due to my inability to restart my watch)
Leaping burpees (no pushup, jump is for distance), complete as many trips to half the basketball court and back in the 10 minutes [BL & KL completed 5]
This was pretty brutal. Hamstrings and glutes destroyed by the sprints. Needed to take a good 5-10 minute break before starting burpees. Climbed for a few minutes afterwards on the rock treadmill. Experienced calf and hip cramps.
