Warm-up:
back squat
hang power snatch (bar to 2x115,1x125)

hang snatch (135,145,150,155)
5x3 front squat (165,185,205,210,220)
5x3 push press (115,125,135,145,160 [dna3])

Working on back extension above the knees. Trying out some new shoes, which are a bit tight. Hopefully they'll stretch a little bit. Loaded an extra 5# on the left side for my last set of push presses and kept wondering why it felt so crazy. Stupid.
