Warm-up:
good mornings
back squat
2-position hang power snatch (bar,75,95,105)
power snatch (115,125)

6x3 snatch (135; missed reps 1 and 3 from sets 1 and 2)
3-2-2-2-2 front squat (135,165,185,205,215)

Pretty tired from climbing on Sunday, but I had to get the work in. Snatches were a bit inconsistent. Not as clean as I would hope, but I'm happy with 135 for triples. Front squats felt good, but I tried 225 and nearly passed out unracking the bar. Very lucky to have gotten the bar back on the pins. I called it at that point.
