Warm-up:
snatch technique with bar
muscle snatch + power snatch + snatch (to 105)

clean + jerk (135,155,2x175 [fj1-2],185 [fc])
back squat (high-bar; 185,205,225,235)

Snatches felt decent, but I got really tired from doing too many. I stacked weights a bit differently than usual on the first five or so and ended up miscounting the weight such that I thought I had attempting 175 when I had only trying 160. I was pretty excited, thinking, "Everett's programming must be working!", but I had a nagging feeling that even though it was a miss, it felt too easy. Some addition confirmed my error, but I still went on to bump my max by 5#. I was pretty tired after, and running out of time, so I did some token c+js and squats.

I think it's time to post some videos on Greg's forum for some comments. I'm looking for some more cues to fix the bugs in my form.
