New year, new plan

And bicep curls! Nah, just kidding, going to stick to the old reliables: intervals, Oly lifts, and too much weight on the bar...

Tabata sit-ups:
10, 10, 11, 10, 9, 9, 9, 9

Quick round of tabata sit-ups, done unanchored with a rolled-up towel to protect my already tweaked lower back. Been a long while since the last time, just needed to do a little sweating to start off the new year.

Technical note for those with Timex watches: since the timer alarm runs for 10 sec, you can use it as a tabata timer in a bind - just program the timer to 30 sec, start the first interval 10 sec in and at the end of the alarm every interval thereafter.
