Just working on the knee and leg today, nothing fancy, but it felt good.
Have you measured your leg asymmetry lately?
ReplyDeleteOh, good idea I haven't. I was still really aware of it a week or so ago, but I'll have a go with a tape measure and see how I'm doing. I definitely feel some strengthening in the leg while doing my weight work, but it's definitely still well below the right.
