Based on Brandon's Bad Day, mentioned by Kenway a while back.
Three rounds for time of:
* 95# overhead squat, 15 reps
* 15 L pull-ups
* 95# split jerk, 15 reps
* 15 knees to elbows
* 95# hang clean, 15 reps (full squat)
* 15 back extensions wih 25#
I used 75# for the OHS, split jerks and hang cleans. Subbed good mornings with 45# bar for back extensions (didn't want to lose my barbell). Cleaned or snatched the bar into position whenever necessary (didn't use the rack).
BL: 47:41 (13:44,17:45,16:12)
OHS, cleans and jerks were OK, L-pullups and KTEs were killers; ended up with singles and doubles of these at the end (and ugly ones at that). Gave this one the obvious tag.
Yeah, this one's been looming, nice job taking the bait and diving in...
