Balancing on gel with Straigt-leg pull 3x10 four ways
Backward Lunges 3x10
Jogging and jumping on trampoline 2x30s each
Jump as high and hard as you can for 20s x3
Calf raises
I was out of shape or the jumping was more brutal that I remember. I just was hitting muscle exhaustion at the end of each set and she was yelling 'keep going!' Lots of stretching and lifting to do this week to catch up.
The trampoline sounds like fun. There are actually classes at NYSC that use trampolines, apparently super-tiring.
