Cindy

Warm-up:
stretching
pullups

"Cindy"
As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

BL: 13 (with 25 seconds to spare)

Pretty painful. Guess this was a good way to find out that the lungs aren't quite clear yet. Managed some kipping; when it works it's pretty cool, chin is way over the bar, when it doesn't it actually makes things worse.

    You're absolutely right - when out of sync, you're actively working against yourself. I find it better to relax the rhythm a bit, slow down to make sure I pull to the bar on the upswing and keep my legs timed right.

  3. I thought I was over this after a few days last week, but it feels like it's juuust clearing now. I think it's fine to ease back into exercise, but keep getting plenty of rest (which I have NOT been doing)...

    Nice job on cindy by the way. 13 is as far as I've gotten, and I felt really terrible after it last time.
