Warm-up:

Feeling a bit fatigued, and as a result everything felt very heavy today. Despite this, the heavier snatches show some improvement. I typically jump slightly forward with heavy snatches, with the weight at which this happens creeping upward as my max increases. There was no jumping forward today, so although I missed 175 three times, maybe things are getting better.

Cleans sucked, collarbone still sore from last week. It's very sad, I'm almost entirely limited by leg strength. Must go sleep by the squat rack.

To aid my recovery, I cooked a 5.5 pound pork butt using the recipe Kenway recommended long ago.
